I would recommend this restaurant to readers.

This Mexican restaurant,Taco Express, opened in May 2009, in the building where Sopranos Restaurant used to be behind the old Kroger store in Spring Hill. I sampled the cuisine and service both in-house and with a phone to-go order. The food is very good and colorfully presented on your plate. The serving size is very adequate, but not huge like some restaurants now serve. The to-go order was quick and efficiently presented with little wait time and the price is very reasonable for lunch-from $5-7.00 for basic menu items. The authentic music and atmosphere was very festive and upbeat.
While the service was efficient and courteous, this patron was looking for a friendly smile and a “thank you” for your business from the staff. Treating customers like they matter will grow a business quicker than excellent food.

Tip from the secret shopper:
A look directly into the eyes of your customers and a friendly smile with a thanks will bring them back every time! Let your customers know you appreciate their coming by, not just their dollars.
