If you have ever wanted a massage, but hesitated to enter a fancy salon or fancy New Age atmosphere, ZEN Massage is for you. This is the massage stop for EVERYONE. Located in the new Crossings in Spring Hill, ZEN is open 7 days a week and a Swedish Massage starts at just $39.95. All of the 8 therapists are licensed & certified. The decor is very functional without the frills of fancy spas. Men, women & teens would be very comfortable here. On my visits I tried the deep tissue and Swedish massages. They offer many other options including couple’s massages. The therapists were very courteous and listened to my concerns and expectations. I left feeling sore, but de-stressed! If you have ever wanted to try a massage, I would highly recommend ZEN massage to anyone. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended.

Tip from the secret shopper: Try to go a few times a month, as the consistency de-stresses and keeps muscles loose!
